Schee’ls Catering gets five stars from us. We hired Todd for our son’s December wedding reception and rehearsal dinner. After interviewing several caterer’s, what stood out was the fact Todd asked what we wanted. He really listened to our requests. Because my daughter in law had already chosen the reception site, it eliminated some of the caterers we contacted. They were not familiar with the venue and not interested in spending the time to check it out. Todd on the other hand, wasted no time contacting the golf club to schedule an appointment to see the property. He was prompt, courteous and always ready to help. The menu choices were superb. Todd worked with us to fine tune both dinners. His quote was fast, right on target and included all the extra’s we asked for. Both events were perfect. The serving tables were beautiful and set up so guests could access the food from both sides. Todd’s staff was friendly, efficient and wore appropriate attire for the formal occasion. The food for both events was outstanding, served hot and on time. Many guests went back for seconds and thirds. Our friends and family are still talking about the delicious food, especially the Panko chicken and BBQ meatballs!! We highly recommend Scheel’s Catering for any event and will not hesitate to call on Todd and his staff to cater our future

You were easy to work with. You responded to my telephone and email inquiries. The changes to the menu were handled quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to work with you. Ron and I received many compliments regarding the food that was served. The yellow punch was a hit! We can’t thank you enough for being there to keep the food and drinks replenished at the serving tables! We would definitely recommend your business to anyone looking for a caterer. For the last 4 years I have hired Scheel’s Catering to cater a large party my husband and I have to thank supporters of the University of Minnesota Wrestling Program and coaches. We hold the event on our 80 ft houseboat on the St Croix River in Stillwater Mn. It was just held on September 21, 2015 with 60 people attending. Todd Scheel has been so accomidating to work with, coming up with great ideas and food choices for my dinner menu! Every year he has something new and tasty to serve our guests. They rave about the food and how wonderful it is. He makes my day easy and stress free by bringing and setting up my serving table, and picking up the empty dishes the day after. Todd’s wonderful food,cheerful attitude and easy going manner make us want to hire Scheel’s Catering year after year! During interviews of caterers for my wedding in September of 2015, we knew instantly that Todd scheel of Scheel’s Catering was the guy for us. Personable, knowledgeable and reasonable. Suddenly we moved the wedding up to February; Todd could not have been more accommodating during this chaotic time. The night of the wedding Todd and his staff were fantastic. Scheel’s Catering did a great job at our recent After Tax Season event. Our attendees gave us great feedback about the Fiesta Taco Bar and, in particular, loved the Brownies for dessert. Todd and his staff were on time, courteous and organized. After the buffet, food and dishes were cleaned up quickly. I would absolutely hire Scheel’s Catering for future events.
